Job Description

Responsibilities 

Communicate with contacts via the phone and email on a daily basis regarding IT related products.

Daily time management and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business contacts to expand on customer base.

Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers. Working together with sales manager and to work effectively as a team player to meet performance targets as well as individual targets.

Able to communicate with administrative/ technical team on requirements of customer.

 

Requirements

Min O level, Diploma or Degree holders 

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Customer Focused, Result Driven, Individual Contributor

Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward client and co-workers
